Settings module:

By this module you can manage users, create user, mange items, and manage customers. First manage users. Users are actually who will operate or run the software. With this feature you can view every users, edit an user or delete him.

You can also create new user:

Like user from settings module you can create new items, mange all of your items. There are two types of items. One is sales items and the other is service items. Sales items are those items that you  make direct sale to customers. And service items are mostly accessory items like battery, display etc.

You can create customers from this setting module. Like item or user you can also manage customers from section. That is you can get details of a customer from the manage customers part.

Servicing Module:

By servicing module you can create a service order by customer. 

As soon as you click on the service icon of the software you will see a form like above. Then fill out the form and click on the submit button. You will get a service order memo. You can print the memo and give to customer. From the above form you can see a Job number. Please see just top right corner of the screenshot. This job number is very important for order tracking. By this job number you can search and get status of the service order by customer. That is you can monitor ongoing servicing of the product delivered to you by your customers.

Sales Module:

With this module you can sale products. When you click on the sales module of the software you will get a sale entry form like below:

By filling out customer name, phone, email address, item name, quantity when you click on the submit button you will get a sales order invoice.

Purchase module: Basically this is the main inventory of the software. From this part you can see how many of your total items both sales and service items left in the inventory. You can get detail information of a particular item from manage purchase section. 

You can also create new purchase order to enter a new item into your inventory. Other feature of the purchase module is whenever you sale a item either sale or service item this inventory will be updated dynamically. For example if you sale a product for example Samsung GT i9250 the remaining quantity of the product will updated in the inventory automatically.

Report Module:

with this module you can get four types of reports. Service summary, service details, sales summary,sales details.

These reports are very important for your to know how is business in going on. Is it making profit or making loss?
