The challenge

HiperX’s old WordPress site was slow, hard to update, and didn’t reflect the bold visual direction the team had grown into. Pitches kept stalling because prospects landed on a website that contradicted the creative work in the deck.

Our solution

We rebuilt the brand from the typography up and shipped a Next.js site with motion-driven hero sequences, a content-first case-study format, and a Sanity CMS so the team can publish new work without engineering. Every page passes Core Web Vitals.

  • Refreshed brand identity with custom typography
  • Motion-driven hero with GSAP and Framer Motion
  • Sanity CMS for self-serve content editing
  • Case-study templates with rich media
  • Lighthouse 95+ on every key page
  • Fully responsive across breakpoints

How we built it

  1. 01

    Discovery & Planning

We started with stakeholder workshops to map business goals, user roles, and compliance constraints, then translated them into a sprint-by-sprint product roadmap with clear acceptance criteria.

  2. 02

    Architecture & Design

Our team designed the data model, API contracts, and UI system together so the product looked and behaved consistently from day one. UX flows were prototyped in Figma and validated with end users before any code was written.

  3. 03

    Build & QA

Engineers worked in two-week sprints with continuous deployment to a staging environment. Every feature shipped with automated tests, manual QA, and a security review before promotion to production.

  4. 04

    Launch & Support

We handled production deployment on cloud infrastructure, observability setup, and a hand-over training session. UnlockLive remains on retainer for monthly enhancements, monitoring, and on-call support.
